Job Description :

Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for manage all warehouse operations and ensure the team meets all KPI's including but not limited to cycle count, lost management, put away and personnel productivity.

  • Produce reports for warehouse activity and monitor the performance based on the reports
  • Monitor the process and propose improvements that can give performance gains to the team
  • Manage and drive the team with the Lazada Way performance culture

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is mandatory for this position
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain with experience leading a team in the Warehouse
  • Ability to learn & follow instructions.
  • Highly-motivated, energetic, dependable, honest, and thorough.
  • Solid verbal and written and communication skill.
  • Organizational Efficiency with strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to solve problem and make effective decisions in fast paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal communications, leadership, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to simultaneously perform multiple task.
  • Willing to working with Shift Rotation

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units
Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
