Job Description :

  • To ensure implementation of EMS, RSPO, ISPO and ISCC requirements are well implemented across the locations and depts
  • To conduct periodic inspection with respect to EMS, RSPO, ISPO and ISCC standards.
  • Carryout sustainability internal audits regularly as per the schedule established (all operating locations, all mills, all estates).
  • To participate on external sustainability audits as per schedule in all operating locations.
  • To ensure corrective action plan of both external and internal sustainability audit is effectively implemented by locations and depts
  • Carryout scheduled EMS/RSPO/ISPO/ISCC awareness training for supervisory level.
  • To provide assistance to site supervisors in implementing strategy and method to achieve goals.
  • To coordinate with relevant responsible in order to accomplish NPP, HCS study, LUC analysis and GHG assessment.
  • To coordinate with relevant responsible to ensure recommendation of Social Impact Assessment and HCV assessment are well managed.
  • To provide assistance to sustainability manager in developing strategy and method to achieve the goals.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years related experience in implementation of EMS, QMS, RSPO/ISPO/ISCC, auditing and/or compliance. Deep knowledge in sustainability program and/or ability to achieve this knowledge level within 12 months.
  • Ideally candidate has degree in a technical field and direct experience in the operating environment.
  • Candidate must have English and Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency in writing, reading and speaking.
  • Candidate must be able to communicate well across departments.
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office program.
  • An organized approach and excellent time management skills
  • Strong analytic, strategic and influencing skills
  • Ability to analyse GIS data
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • The ability to use own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to manager
