The Qualifications are : 

  1. Female - S1 Degree is priority
  2. Having min. 10 years experiences in the same position (in Oil & Gas Company is preferred) 
  3. Good in manner and attitude 
  4. Fluent in English both written and oral is must
  5. Higher education experience plus working in a large organization or company interfacing with many departments
  6. Excellent computer skills with particular proficiency in Microsoft Office
  7. Must have excellent planning and time management skills and be able to prioritize and execute tasks in a busy office environment
  8. Manage correspondence/letter management between Project JO & Client
  9. Manage all documents and its approval process. Proven ability to manage confidential information is required. 
  10. Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills, and problem solving skills are essential. Must be resourceful, able to work independently, and have evidence of successfully working in a team environment. 
  11. Manage regular event between Projects JO and Clients (regularly meeting, town hall, etc.) 
  12. Manage meeting schedule and take the meeting notes effectively and independently 
  13. Manage home office project consumable requirement, purchase and control
