JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Follow safety regulation, and procedure of the project
  • Report to Area Lead
  • Responsible for commissioning related activities which includes Pre-Commissioning, Startup and Operation such as schedule, progress, cost etc.
  • Implement Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up and Operation activities
  • Instruct and supervise the workforces for field Pre-Commissioning Activities
  • Implement Pre-Commissioning Activities together with workforce
  • Instruct and supervise Owner’s operation team for Commissioning Activities.
  • Implement Commissioning Activities together with Owner’s Operation Team
  • Coordinate and cooperate with other disciplines to finish tasks
  • Coordinate and cooperate with Owner with regard to Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up and Operation issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering disciplines or its equivalent
  • Shall have more than five (5) years and / or more than two (2) projects experiences in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start up and Operation job field
  • Good experiences for Ethylene Plant / Butadiene Plant / MTBE Plant or Benzene Extraction Plant is preferable.
  • Well versed of production operation for above process units
  • Has experience of DCS operation.
  • Has experience of DCS control tuning (P.I.D. parameter tuning)
